In 2006, Edward Pritchard, who had previously left Sinkler & Boyd in 2001 to create The Pritchard Law Firm, joined with his brother,Thomas Pritchard, and James Elliott Jr., both of whom left Barnwell Whaley Patterson & Helms, LLC to join with Edward to form Pritchard & Elliott, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, LLC. Since then, we have grown to become leaders in the Charleston legal community, handling a variety of complex, high-stakes litigated matters in commercial law and providing legal counsel to help our clients avoid future conflict.
